January 2014 Bootcamp Schedule


3-Week Fitness Jump-Start Program (9 sessions)


Three Days per Week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 a.m.)


This year, resolve to be healthy for life. Let Urban Wellness Group help you take the first of many steps toward your wellness goals with a calorie torching bootcamp that includes a safe & effective exercise prescription targeting the three components of physical fitness: aerobic conditioning, muscular strength & endurance, and flexibility. All in a fun and welcoming environment. 


Your program includes an orientation, nutrition log, goal tracker, and weekly wellness tips to get you on the right track toward achieving real results.
